So you need to lose weight? There is a large amount of way to do it. You can do a lot of exercise or begin avoiding junk food. Junk food with its dangerous fats, chemicals and additives just gives you a lot of reasons to decline to it.

Foods that are found in a raw food diet should be raw, organic and unprocessed. Fruits, plants, nuts, seeds and legumes should be organic implying they where not exposed to pesticides and other chemicals. The uncooked food diet is terribly healthy as it energises the body, eradicates poisons, forestalls cancer, and has a stabilizing effect on body weight thus reducing fat.
