Importance of raw and organic food for health
Raw food “purists” obviously counsel: eat a food only if it grows in the ground.
What about foods like fortified granola breakfast flakes — isn’t that healthy enough to start the day? Do flakes grow out of the ground — you get the point! The raw-food diet inspires a natural, organic way of eating and living. It includes all fresh fruit and veg, freshly-made fruit and plant juices, legumes, grains, nut and rice milk, nuts, seeds, beans and other green food that have not been processed, For the majority of our history humankind survived on a raw diet, including plants, veggies, nuts, berries and seeds. It’s only in more fresh history that man has embraced the processed-food way of living, and recently the fast-food way of living.
It is just in the last hundred years or so we had the capacity of totally producing food, with all types of additives and chemicals that are meant to be safe for us and to act as additives. Though these foods are publicized as beneficial, allegedly super-charged with extra, nutritionally-packed additions, they’re so far removed from what our bodies can biologically recognize as “real” food. the forceful producing firms have enormous budgets to spend on advertising their products. Fast foods are simple to prepare and eat “on-the-go” which well fits into the time constraints of our highly fast moving lifestyle. Systematic studies on nourishment are finding that people who eat a conventional processed diet heavy in animal protein have a tendency to have more prolonged, inflammatory conditions and illnesses than those that consume raw, plant-based diets. Nearly every health organization recommends us to include more fresh vegetables and fruit into our daily diets. Even the long standing USDA conventional Food Guide Pyramid that has served as a general eating guiding principle for a number of years, recommends 3-5 portions of veg and 2-4 portions of fruit.
How many kids and adults actually achieve that daily goal? The switch to an one hundred percent natural, mostly organic raw diet would be a major way of living change that most would be not keen to make. However, the advantages can be huge. This diet change may bring you raised energy and vitality, as well as natural and healthy weight loss. It can boost your body’s capability to stop and / or fight off prolonged sicknesses.

Humans are made of mostly water, so it’s vital that we drink a large amount of it each day to maintain all the processes that our bodies need to finish. Sadly, many of us hate the flavour of the water that comes from their tap at home so they avoid drinking lots of it.
Heart healthy recommendation, most being common-sense, truly, but we live such busy lives we take our organ the heart for granted till something goes up and it is too late. I’m aware that I did just that thinking my body would last for all eternity irrespective of how I abused it with no exercise and all of the rubbish I put down my throat and left the poor old body to handle it. Some easy tips avoid fatty and high sugar foods, eat vegetables and fruit, select plant oil over animal oil, eat fish particularly those that give us more advantageous greasy acids, reduce salt intake, choose wholegrain bread over white bread, give up smoking, drink at least eight tumblers of water a day (fantastic what water can do for most of the body but that’s another time) keeping down weight, exercise, relax and less stress. All very simple but we are too hard at it to take note. All these tiny steps every day guarantee better oxygen flow, better Nitric Oxide production and therefore we maintain a healthy heart and a longer life.
